Good Health Tips

Good health is a way of doing things differently from the way it use to be done in-order to have a great healthy body and also to save our love ones from danger and unknown side effect.

This include: 

  1. Drink water after food to reduce the acid in the stomach
  2. Make use of a doctor recommended glass if you use computer screen always.
  3. Sun and shine your shoe, wash your stoking and wash your feet regularly to avoid foot odour and  foot diseases.
