Good Health Practices

  1. Drink more water in the morning than night
  2. Reduce the amount of oily foods that you consume
  3. Always wash your cloth regularly as the case may be 
  4. Use a clean towel to clean your nostrils to avoid dirty congestion and maintain a healthy breath
  5. Do not abuse drug without  a doctor consolation, abuse of drug can hamper health badly 
  6. Do not increase the volume of your ear piece for hearing music so that it will not damage your ear drum
  7. Use Garlic continuously as a natural antibiotic for you and your family
  8. Do not stay long in a room with carbon monoxide because it can cause carboxyl hemoglobin, which can damage your breathing
  9. wash dirty toilet regularly
  10. wash dirty dishes regularly
