According to World Health Organization (W.H.O), every individual passes through three zones of life
these are:
Between the age of 0 - 25, we have people in the vibrant zone, this is the age were your cells are very vibrant and active. You can run, jump and play football, if you can remember all you did at this age as a little child or teenager. This is because your health is your greatest wealth.

- Vibrant Zone
- Tired Zone
- Sick Zone
Between the age of 25-50, we have people in the tired zone, here your cells are getting tired and you can no longer do most of the things you use to do before when you are much younger.
Between the age 50-70, we have people in the sick zone, here your cell are completely weak and tired and this is the stage where all kind of diseases and illness set in, such as: High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Arthritis, Cancer, Joint Pains e.t.c.
For us to be in the vibrant zone, i.e for us to have good health. the WHO recomend that ewvery individual should always do three basic things on a daily basic.
These are:
- Rest
- Exercise
- Good Diet
