Diet is very important because it contribute about 80% to good health, we need to eat balance diet in order to be healthy.

What is a Balance Diet: a balance diet is a meal that contains all the food nutrient in the right and adequate proportion. This include carbohydrate, fat and oil, protein, mineral salt, vitamin, lipid and sterol and water.
all the different classes of food give different kind of nutrient, this is why it is important to take balance diet.
