Exercise

Exercise is another important factor that contribute to a good health. it include climbing the stairs, jogging, running, bicycling, skipping, press-up, playing football and dancing is a part of exercise.

Benefit of Exercise :

  1. It helps the blood to circulate properly
  2. It increases energy
  3. It help the joint to be flexible
  4. It help one to grow and look younger 
  5. It stimulate proper function of the heart
  6. It stimulate proper function of the kidney and also the brain
