Water Theraphy

Water is two hydrogen atom and two oxygen atom to one molecule of water, chemical reaction.
 Water is the most abundant resources in nature, it makes up 70% of the entire universe , it exist in different form and structure ranging from seas, revers, lake pond and so on.


Water is also have forms, such as fresh water and salt water, about 80% of the human body is made up water, it is also known as a universal solvent, that is almost everything dissolve in water.
Water is use for many purposes both industrially and domestically.

We will only emphasize on Water as a Theraphy
Uses of water in the body 
  1. Water prevent dehydration
  2. water enhance the performance of the HEART
  3.  Water enable the blood to circulate well
  4. Water promote good skin
  5. Water prevent general weakness of the body
  6. Water aid fast and easy digestion
