Important Health Massages

  1. Take you bath twice daily to open the pore of the skin.
  2. Do not take pills with cold water.
  3. At least in a day,  4 litter of water must pass through your system.
  4. Do not take huge or plenty food after 5:00pm in the evening for easy digestion.
  5. Take worm expellers at least  once in every three month to avoid ulcer and stomach disorder.
  6. Eat more cooked food than fried food to avoid high level of cholesterol in  your body.
  7. Do not read with a dim light but with a bright light.
  8. At least once in every month take a tea spoon of salt put it in a glass of water mix it together and drink to clean the bowel (stomach), not for pregnant woman.
  9. learn to wash your hand regularly after toilet and after disposing item in a trash bin and wash your hand also before eating any thing.
  10. get a clean water and open your eyes inside it to clean your eyes regularly
